Jaran Moten is a litigator who represents companies, private equity firms, and other sophisticated clients in complex commercial disputes, mass and toxic tort matters, bankruptcy-related litigation, and high-stakes business conflicts.
Before joining Blanchet LLP, Jaran was a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis and later joined Phillips Lytle’s Chicago office. His experience spans technology, pharmaceuticals, medical and dental devices, energy, telecommunications, retail, petrochemicals, packaging, and financial services.
Jaran is known for learning the client’s business, mastering the subject matter, and bringing practical judgment to disputes that do not fit neatly into one category.
