Frank Dylewski is a litigator who represents companies, business owners, and individuals in commercial disputes, class and mass actions, product liability matters, partnership disputes, antitrust cases, insurance disputes, and other complex litigation.
His experience spans energy, finance, manufacturing, technology, insurance, and private equity. Before joining Blanchet LLP, Frank practiced at leading litigation firms including Kirkland & Ellis, Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, and Keller Postman. Having represented clients on both sides of the “v.,” he brings practical insight into how plaintiffs develop strategy, build leverage, and litigate cases.
Frank brings a practical, direct approach to disputes that require early case assessment, focused discovery including careful deposition work, and a clear view of the client's business objective. He is comfortable managing matters through motion practice, trial, arbitration, or negotiated resolution.
