Myles Bartley is a trial lawyer with more than 25 years of experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts, arbitral forums, FINRA, AAA, JAMS, and other demanding venues.

His practice includes product liability, mass and toxic torts, environmental litigation, securities litigation, bankruptcy litigation, fraud and RICO matters, and internal investigations. He has represented Fortune 500 companies, major privately held companies, directors, officers, senior executives, and non-U.S. entities in U.S. litigation.

Myles brings discipline and practical judgment to matters where litigation risk, business pressure, and forum strategy all need to be managed at the same time.

Myles Bartley's experience includes:

• Represented the Lehman estate from its initial Chapter 11 filing in matters involving major financial institutions.
• Handled multiyear litigation involving civil RICO, tortious interference, and foreign law claims connected to ownership of a Western Siberian oilfield.
• Represented an investment holding company in claims seeking hundreds of millions of dollars related to offshore oil interests.
