John Worth is a veteran trial lawyer who represents clients in complex commercial disputes, class actions, environmental and toxic tort matters, product liability, consumer fraud, and energy-related litigation.
Before joining Blanchet LLP, John spent more than a decade as a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis and later led the launch of Phillips Lytle's Chicago office. He has tried and litigated cases in federal and state courts, appellate courts, and arbitrations across the country.
John is known for distilling complicated factual and legal records into a strategy that clients, courts, and decision-makers can understand.

John Worth's experience includes:
- Served as lead trial counsel for a company in drinking-water contamination litigation that ended in a complete defense verdict after a multiday jury trial.
- Represented petroleum and energy companies in disputes involving LNG businesses, offshore production, royalty interests, refinery issues, and product claims.
- Represented chemical companies in toxic tort, environmental, insurance, and product liability matters, including matters involving contamination and chemical exposure claims.
- Handled complex commercial disputes in courts and arbitrations across the country.
