Andrew
Devine
Buffalo | New York City
Andy is a litigator who handles hard-to-resolve disputes with a strategic, practical, and tech-savvy approach.
Andy represents multinational corporations, manufacturers, construction owners and general contractors, banks, and investment companies in product liability, environmental, class and mass action, personal injury, commercial, construction, and investment matters in federal and state courts and arbitrations across the country.
He starts with the result a client is after, shapes an efficient and focused path to get there, and executes. Clients rely on him to manage complexity, including high-volume discovery, depositions, and expert practice, motion and appellate briefing, and removal and jurisdictional issues.
Andy brings particular depth to environmental disputes, including the defense of claims involving groundwater and the remediation of sites under CERCLA. He is also comfortable with the technology that defines modern litigation, using experience and e-discovery tools to surface the facts that matter.
